| 目的：探讨玉屏风散联合西药对肺气虚证反复上呼吸道感染患者免疫功能及炎性因子IL-6、TNF-a的影响。方法：80例肺气虚证反复上呼吸道感染患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。两组患者急性发作期均予抗感染、化痰止咳等对症治疗。对照组：在基础治疗的同时给予匹多莫德口服液,800mg/次,1次/日；治疗组：在对照组的基础上予玉屏风颗粒,1袋/次,3次/日,两组均连续服用8周。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状,检测治疗前后IgA、IgG、IgM、IgE、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、IL-6、TNF-a的水平,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果：对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为77.5%和92.5%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组IgA、IgG、IgM、IgE、CD3+和CD4+/CD8+的水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8+、IL-6和TNF-a水平明显低于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论：玉屏风散联合西药治疗能够有效改善患者的症状,调节患者的免疫功能,抑制炎症反应,其疗效显著,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective: To investigate the effect of Yupingfeng particles combined western medicine on the immune function and inflammatory cytokines IL-6、TNF-a of patients with Lung qi deficiency syndrome in repeated upper respiratory infection. Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group (n=40). Two groups were given anti-infection and phlegm cough treatment. The control group took Pidotimod oral liquid, 800mg one time, 1 times a day. The treatment group added Yupingfeng particles 1 bag one time, 3 times a day, 8 weeks for one course. Before and after treatment, we observed the clinical symptoms, IgA、IgG、IgM、IgE、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、IL-6、TNF-a and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Result: The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 92.5%, 77.5%, the treatment group was significant better than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the change of clinical symptoms, IgA、IgG、IgM、IgE、CD3+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、IL-6、TNF-a in the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Used Yupingfeng particles combined western medicine to treat patients with Lung qi deficiency syndrome in repeated upper respiratory infection could improve the clinical symptoms, adjust the immune function of patients and inhibit the inflammatory response. The clinical curative effect is distinct. It is worthy of promotion. |
