| 目的 探讨对颅内动脉瘤术患者应用丹参注射液联合罂粟碱进行治疗,观察对脑血管痉挛的防治效果。方法 选取本院神经内科颅内动脉瘤患者82例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组各41例,对照组应用罂粟碱进行治疗；治疗组应用丹参注射液联合罂粟碱进行治疗。观察两组患者不同时间脑血管痉挛的发生率,并评估患者术侧大脑中动脉血流速度。结果 治疗组患者3d、7d、14d脑血管痉挛发生率分别为12.20%(5/41)、17.07%(7/41)和19.51%(8/41),均低于对照组 26.83%(11/41)、34.15%(14/41)和 36.59%(15/41),差异具有统计学差异(P＜0.05)；治疗组治疗3d、7d、14后术侧大脑中动脉血流速度为(110.70±11.35)cm/s、(97.83±11.21)cm/s和(88.56±9.81)cm/s,低于对照组(115.36±12.86)cm/s、(103.37±10.26)cm/s和(95.90±9.17)cm/s,差异具有统计学差异(P＜0.05)。结论 颅内动脉瘤术患者应用丹参注射液联合罂粟碱进行治疗,可有效减少患者脑血管痉挛的发生率,降低术侧大脑中动脉血流速度。 |

| Objective To explore the application of Danshen injection combined with papaverine for patients with intracranial aneurysm clipping,to observe the effect of prevention and treatment of cerebral vasospasm. Methods 82 patients with intracranial aneurysms from the neurology department in our hospital were selected randomly and divided into the treatment group and the control group,41 cases in two groups.The control group used papaverine treatment,and the observation group treatment application of Danshen injection combined with papaverine.The incidence of cerebral vasospasm in two groups was observed at different time, and the blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery was evaluated. Results The incidence rate of the treatment group after 3d,7d and 14d were 12.20%(5/41), 17.07% (7/41) and 19.51%(8/41),lower than the control group 26.83%(11/41),34.15%(14/41) and 36.59%(15/41),there was statistically significant difference (P< 0.05). The blood flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery of the treatment group after 3d,7 d and 14d treatment were (110.70±10.35)cm/s,(97.83±11.21)cm/s and(88.56±9.81)cm/s respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group (115.36±12.86) cm/s,(103.37±10.26) cm/s and(95.90±9.17)cm/s, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Intracranial aneurysm surgery patients treated with Danshen injection combined with papaverine, can effectively reduce the incidence of cerebral vasospasm and reduce the blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery in the operation side. |
