| 目的：探讨苁蓉通便口服液与复方聚乙二醇电解质散联用在老年患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备的清肠效果。方法：将165例拟行结肠镜检查的老年患者随机分成两组,Ａ组结肠镜检查前服用复方聚乙二醇电解质散139.12g,Ｂ组结肠镜检查前3天起服用苁蓉通便口服液20ml/日,聚乙二醇服用方法同Ａ组,分别记录首次大便时间、大便次数、有无不良反应、清肠效果等情况。结果：Ｂ组首次排便时间短于Ａ组,排便次数多于A组,差异有统计学意义(Ｐ＜0.05),B 组患者总体肠道清洁效果明显优于Ａ组。结论：苁蓉通便口服液和聚乙二醇电解质散联用与单用相比,能提高老年患者肠道准备效果。 |

| Objectives：The aim of the study was to investigate the efficacy of CongRongTongBian oral solution combined with Polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(PEG) in Patientcolorectal cleansing preparations of the elderly patient.Methods:165 elderly patients who needed to have colonoscopy were randomly divided into control group(Group A) a nd study group(Group B).Group A were given oral polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder only, whereas group B were given CongRongTongBian oral solution 20ml per day,since 3days before the colonoscopy. The following parameters were then obtained: time of the first defecation, defecation frequency, completion of bowel cleaning, and adverse reaction.Results: The first defecation time in Group B is shorter than the group A, defecation frequency is more than group A, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Overall intestinal cleaning effect in group B is significantly better than group A.Conclusion: CongRongTongBian oral solution combined with Polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(PEG) is effective in colorectal cleansing preparations of the elderly patient. |
