| 目的：观察“温经汤”对HRE-2阳性的乳腺癌患者术后免疫平衡在建的作用。方法： 选取60 例HRE-2阳性的乳腺癌术后患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组给予曲妥珠单抗联合中药温经汤治疗,对照组只给予曲妥珠单抗治疗,两组疗程各48周。观察“八纲辨证”分型,外周血PD-1、PD-L1频数,IL-17频数,WBC,PLT,RBC,LVEF。结果： 治疗48周后比较, 治疗组外周血PD-1、PD-L1频数较对照组下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组IL-17频数较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组WBC含量较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；“八纲辨证”分型中治疗组“里、虚、寒”构成比较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组治疗后LVEF、PLT、RC、肿瘤指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：“温经汤”对HEＲ-2阳性的乳腺癌术后患者免疫功能紊乱有在建平衡作用,可能是通过调节人体整体阴阳平衡促进了IL-17及PD-1/ PD-L1等免疫细胞及因子的分泌,有益于曲妥珠单抗辅助治疗的效果。 |

| Objective: To observe the effect of "Wen Jing tang" on breast cancer patients with HRE-2 positive rebuilting the immune balance. Method: The 60 Breast Cancer Patients with HRE-2 positive were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 30 cases. The treatment group received trastuzumab combined with traditional Chinese medicine Wen Jing tang treatment, the control group only received trastuzumab .Two groups were treated for 48 weeks. The message of the eight types of syndrome differentiation, PD-1, PD-L1 frequency, IL-17 , WBC, PLT, RBC, LVEF, were recorded at baseline, in 2T, 48T. Results: Over the course of antiviral tHREapy, After 48 weeks’treatment, PD-1, PD-L1 in treatment group were decreased compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05. The IL-17 was higHRE than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); WBC of treatment group was higHRE than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). In the treatment of eight types of syndrome differentiation, the treatment group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, ( p< 0.05). LVEF, PLT, RC, tumor index were showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: "Wen Jing tang" exists stimulative effect on in the rebuiltion of the balance the disorder of immune function in breast cancer patients with HRE-2 positive. Which may be regulated the body"s overall balance of yin and Yang to promote the secretion of IL-17 and PD-1/ PD-L1 and otHRE immune cells and cytokines, can be beneficial to the trastuzumab adjuvant HREapy. |
