| 目的:探讨文拉法辛联合人参二苓汤治疗躯体形式障碍的临床疗效。方法:将70例躯体形式障碍患者采用随机数字表法随机分为研究组(文拉法辛合并人参二苓汤)35例和对照组(单用文拉法辛)35例。应用汉密顿焦抑郁表(HAMD)及副反应量表(TESS)进行评定。结果:治疗前、2周后、6周后研究组HAMD量表分别为(27.65±5.55) ,(16.76±4.45)、 (9.70±2.53),对照组分别为(26.62±5.60) ,(21.04 ± 4.16)、(11.08±2.52),治疗6周末,研究组分较对照组减分率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组显效率分别为74.29％、51.42％,两组痊愈率差异无统计学意义(x2=4．08,P<0．05)。TESS量表显示不良反应率在口干、恶心、便秘三方面有统计学意义(P<0．05))结论 ：文拉法辛合并心人参二苓汤治疗躯体形式障碍较单一用药疗效更为显著,值得推广应用。 |

| Object: The current study is to investigate the efficacy of Venlanfaxine combined Renshen Erling Decoction in treatment of patients with sornataform disorder.Method: 70 patients with somatoform disorder were randomly divided into two groups：study group(35 cases)treated with Venlanfaxine and Renshen Erling Decoction andcontrolgroup(35cages)treated with Venlanfaxine only．All patients were accessed by Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) . Results: The baline ,2 weeks ,6weeks of The HAMD scores in study group decreased from (27.65±5.55) ,(16.76±4.45)to (9.70±2.53)after intervention, while control group from(26.62±5.60) ,(21.04 ± 4.16)to(11.08±2.52),the cores of HAMD showed statistical significance decrease in study group compared with control group after 6 weeks ((p<0.05).The cure rate Was 74.29％in study group and 51.42％in control group,And there was a statistically singnificant difference in complete remissionbetween the two groups(x2=4．08,P<0．05).There are significant difference in side effects between two groups were dry mouth ,naupathia,constipation. Conclusions: These results revealed that Venlanfaxine combined Renshen Erling Decoction was more effective in the treatment patients with sornataform disorder than Venlanfaxine only, So this combination treatment is wroth generalizing and applying. |
