| 目的 观察3%过氧化氢联合氟康唑注射液治疗外耳道真菌病的疗效。方法 将187例患者(206耳)随机分为3组,治疗1组以3%过氧化氢液联合氟康唑注射液滴耳,治疗2组以氟康唑注射液滴耳,治疗3组以硝酸咪康唑乳膏涂抹外耳道,2周为一疗程,治疗一疗程后比较三组疗效。结果 治疗1组有效率为98.61%,痊愈率为90.28%,治疗2组有效率为93.85%,痊愈率为76.92%,治疗3组有效率为81.16%,痊愈率为52.17%,治疗1组及治疗2组有效率优于治疗3组,治疗1组痊愈率优于治疗2组及治疗3组。结论 3%过氧化氢联合氟康唑注射液治疗外耳道真菌病方法简单,疗效显著,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective To observe the efficacy of 3% hydrogen peroxide combined with Fluconazole injection in the treatment of otomycosis externa. Methods 187 patients (206 ears) were randomly divided into 3 groups, treatment group 1 droped with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and Fluconazole injection, treatment group 2 droped with Fluconazole injection ,treatment group 3 smeared with Miconazole Nitrate Cream, 2 weeks as a course of treatment, after a course of treatment, the efficacy of the three groups was compared. Results The effective rate and cure rate of the treatment group 1 were 98.61% and 90.28%, the effective rate and cure rate of the treatment group 2 were 93.85% and 76.92%, the effective rate and cure rate of the treatment group 3 were 81.16% and 52.17%. The effective rate of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 was better than which of treatment group 3, the cure rate of treatment group 1 was better than which of treatment group 2 and treatment group 3. Conclusion 3% hydrogen peroxide combined with Fluconazole injection is a simple and effective method for the treatment of otomycosis externa. |
