| 【摘要】目的 观察研究鳗鱼降钙素联合自拟补肾通督汤治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法 通过随机对照试验设计,对110例腰椎管狭窄症患者分组,设立治疗组及常规治疗对照组,观察临床疗效。结果 治疗后两组均有疗效,治疗组和常规治疗对照组比较,有效率(P=0.005＜0.05),治疗组疗效显著优于常规治疗对照组。结论 鳗鱼降钙素联合自拟补肾通督汤治疗腰椎管狭窄症方面有良好的疗效。 |

| 【】 Objective To study the clinical effects of Bushen Tongdou Decoction plus Elcatonin injection in treating Lumbar spinaI stenosis. Methods By random number generating method, 110 Lumbar spinaI stenosis patients were randomly divided into a treatment group with Bushen Tongdou Decoction plus Elcatonin injection, control group only with common drug. Results There were significant differences before and after treatment, between treatment group and the control group, the response rate(P=0.005＜0.05).There were significant differences between the treatment groups and the control groups. Conclusions Bushen Tongdou Decoction plus Elcatonin injection has definite therapeutic effects on Lumbar spinaI stenosis. |
