      【】 目的 探讨营养风险筛查在结直肠癌患者中的应用状况及其在性别与年龄间的差异研究。方法 于2015年7月至2016年11月,在我院随机选取130例结直肠癌患者,应用营养风险筛查2002评分系统进行营养风险评分,有营养风险(NRS≥3分)的患者63例,为实验组;NRS<3分的患者67例,为对照组,对比两组患者的血清白蛋白、前白蛋白及血红蛋白,同时分析不同性别和年龄的患者之间营养风险情况的差异。结果 实验组患者的血清白蛋白、前白蛋白及血红蛋白水平与对照组相比,均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性患者和女性患者营养风险的发生率无明显差异(P>0.05),而老年患者(≥70岁)营养风险的发生率显著高于非老年患者(<70岁)(P<0.05)。结论 NRS-2002操作便捷,科学性强,是结直肠癌患者营养风险筛查的有效工具,可以作为患者营养治疗方案的依据。而结直肠癌患者中,老年患者营养风险的发生率较高,需注意加强营养支持。

      【】Objective To observe the application of nutritional risk screening in patients with colorectal cancer and their associated differences in sex or age.Methods 130 cases of patients with colorectal cancer were randomly selected in our hospital from July 2015 to November 2016.Nutrition risk screening 2002 was used for the nutritional risk assessment.63 patients with nutritional risk (NRS≥3) were the experimental group and 67 patients (NRS <3)were the control group.The serum albumin, prealbumin, and hemoglobin were compared between the two groups, and the relationship were analyzed between nutritional risk with sexes or ages.Results The serum albumin, prealbumin, and hemoglobin of experimental group was significantly lower than control group,there difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of nutritional risk between male patients and female patients(P>0.05).But the incidence of nutritional risk of old patients(≥70 years) was significantly higher than non-old patients(<70 years)(P<0.05). Conclusion Convenient and scientific nutrition risk screening 2002 is an effective tool for the screening of nutritional risk in patients with colorectal cancer. It can be used as a basis for nutrition therapy of patients.And elderly patients with colorectal cancer have a higher incidence of nutritional risk, should pay attention to enhance nutritional support.
