| 目的 观察舒筋活血片联合家庭康复护理治疗急性腰痛的疗效。方法 选择2013年5月～2015年5月我院外科门诊确诊为急性腰痛300例,按就诊时间随机分为观察组1、观察组2和对照组各100例。对照组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊,一次1粒,一日2次,疗程为7天；观察组1给予舒筋活血片一次5片,一日3次；疗程为7d,观察组2在观察组1基础上给家庭康复护理。7天后比较3组疼痛评分和疗效。 结果 3组疼痛评分比较,对照组、观察组1、观察组2治疗前疼痛评分分别为(7.38±1.37)分、(7.42±1.18)分、(7.47±1.21)分；治疗后疼痛评分分别为(5.69±1.33)分、(5.26±1.12)分、(4.31±1.31)分,治疗后观察组1VAS评分显著低于对照组 (u=2.46,P<0.05)；观察组2VAS评分显著低于观察组1 (u=5.47,P<0.01)。3组临床疗效比较,差异有显著性(c2=93.30, P<0.01)。结论 舒筋活血片联合家庭康复护理治疗急性腰痛疗效确切,值得推广应用。 |

| Objective To observe the effect of Shujing Huoxue Pian combined with familial rehabilitation nursing in treatment of acute low back pain. Methods 300 patients with acute low back pain in department of surgery of our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015., according to their consulting order, were randomly divided into control group (n=100) , the observation group one (n=100), and the observation group two(n=100). Patients in control group were taken Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules, 1 tablets once a day, 2 times a day, on 7 successive days., patients in observation group one were taken Shujing Huoxue Pian 5 tablets once a day, 3 times a day, on 7 successive days , and patients in observation group two were taken the family rehabilitation nursing on the basis of observation group one, the pain score and therapeutic effects in three groups were evaluated after 7days. Results The pain score were compared among the three groups , in the control group , in the observation group one and in the observation group two, before therapy, were(7.38±1.37)、(7.42±1.18)、(7.47±1.21)respectively, and after,therapy, were(5.69±1.33)、(5.26±1.12)、(4.31±1.31)respectively the score of VAS in the observation group one was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment (u=2.46,P<0.05), and the score of VAS in the observation group two was significantly lower than that in the observation group one after treatment (u=5.47,P<0.01). The clinical effects were compared among the 3 groups , there were significantly difference among the three groups(c2=93.30, P<0.01).. Conclusion It has a definite therapeutic effect of Shujing Huoxue Pian combined with familial rehabilitation nursing in treatment of acute low back pain, and it deserves popularization and application |
