| 目的： 观察康艾注射液联合DC全身化疗治疗晚期卵巢癌的近期疗效、生存质量和不良反应。方法： 共入组晚期卵巢癌96例，随机分为联合治疗组和单用对照组各48例，联合治疗组采用康艾注射液联合DC方案全身化疗，单用对照组采用DC方案全身化疗，观察两组治疗后的近期疗效、病人生存质量变化和不良反应。结果： 联合治疗组总有效率72.93%，临床获益率91.67%，均优于单用对照组（总有效率66.67%，临床获益率77.08%），两组间比较临床获益率差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。病人生存质量和不良反应方面，联合治疗组均好于单用对照组，有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论： 康艾注射液可以提高晚期卵巢癌全身化疗的近期疗效，改善生存质量，降低不良反应。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the short-term efficacy，quality of life and adverse reaction of Kangai injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced ovarian. Methods: A total of 96 patients with advanced ovarian were randomly assigned into two groups:48 patients in combined group were given Kangai Injection combined with chemotherapy(docetaxel with carboplatin ) ，the other 48 patients in control group were given chemotherapy only. To evaluate the short-term efficacy，quality of life and adverse reaction of two groups. Results: The overall response rate and clinical benefit rate in combined group were 72.93% and 91.67%，respectively；while in control group were 66.67% and 77.08%，respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups in the clinical benefit rate（p<0.05）. The quality of life and adverse reaction in combined group was also significantly better than those in control group（p<0.05）.Conclusive：The regimen of Kangai Injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced ovarian can significantly improve the short-term efficacy and the quality of life，reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy. |
