目的:建立肤宁洗剂微生物限度的检查方法,并对方法进行验证。方法:按照2015版《中国药典》四部微生物限度的检查方法,采用平皿法、培养基稀释法及薄膜过滤法进行需氧菌、霉菌和酵母菌计数试验,同时验证控制菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假假单胞菌)的检查方法。结果:根据回收率试验得出,平皿法及培养基稀释法的阳性菌回收率少于0.5,薄膜过滤法的阳性菌回收率在0.5~2;控制菌检查中,薄膜过滤法可检出金黄色葡萄球菌及铜绿假单胞菌。结论:需氧菌、霉菌和酵母菌检查及控制菌检查均采用薄膜过滤法,薄膜过滤法有效排除了样品抑菌作用的干扰,适用于肤宁洗剂的微生物限度检查。 |

Objective To establish and verify the inspection method of microbial limit of Funing lotion. Methods According to the Chinese Pharmacopia(2015)of Examination method of microbial limit, the plate, medium dilution and membrane filtration methods were used for counting aerobic bacteria and mold and yeast. Methods for checking control bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa) were veried too. Result According to the recovery experiment, the plate method and medium dilution method were less than 0.5 in recovery test rates, However, the membrane filtration method could be reached in the range from 0.5 to 2. Conclusion Membrane filtration method can be applied to not only aerobic bacteria, mold and yeast inspection , but also controling bacteria. The inhibition effect can be eliminated by the membrane filtration, and it is applicabled to microbial limit test method for Funing lotion. |
