      【】 目的 观察经皮芒硝超声导入对大鼠急性胰腺炎模型及相关性腹水(PAAF)的影响。方法 将60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、芒硝外敷组、超声导入组,每组20只。采用胰胆管逆行注入5%牛磺胆酸钠的方法制备重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)模型。72h后处死,检测各组大鼠腹水量、血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、腹水淀粉酶(AMY)的变化,对胰腺组织进行病理学检查,观察经皮芒硝超声导入对大鼠SAP模型腹水量,胰腺损伤程度、血清TNF-α及腹水AMY的影响。结果 各组大鼠均出现胰腺水肿及腹水,其中对照组胰腺明显出血坏死,伴血性腹水,大量炎性细胞浸润;芒硝外敷组及超声导入组与对照组相比,各项指标均比对照组低(p<0.05);超声导入组腹水量、血清TNF-α、腹水AMY和病理评分较芒硝外敷组明显偏低(p<0.05)。结论 经皮芒硝超声导入法,对大鼠SAP模型PAAF的疗效优于传统芒硝外敷,能更好地缓解胰腺炎症反应。

      Objectives: to investigate the influence of sonophoresis of mirabilite on Pancreatitis Associated Ascitic Fluid (PAAF) in rats.Methods: 60 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, mirabilite group and phonophonesis group (20 rats in each group). The rat model of the Severe Acute Pancreatitis (SAP) was established by injecting 5%sodium taurocholate retrogradely into the biliary-pancreatic duct. The rats were killed after 72h treatment. The volume of ascetic fluid, the level of serum TNF-α and ascites amylase(Amy) were detected,the pathological examination of the pancreatic tissue samples was performed. To investigate the influence of sonophoresis of mirabilite on the amount of ascetic fluid in the rat model of the SAP, the injury degree of pancreas, the TNF-α in serum and Amy in ascites. Results: Pancreatic edema and ascetic fluid was observed in the rats of each group. Hemorrhagic necrosis of pancreas, with bloody ascites, infiltration of inflammatory cells was observed in the control group. The parameters in the control group were significantly higher than those in the mirabilite group and phonophonesis group (P < 0.05); The ascitic amount, serum TNF-α,ascites AMY and pathological score in the phonophonesis group were significantly lower than those in mirabilite group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Sonophoresis of mirabilite can improve the therapeutic effect of mirabilite for PAAF and can alleviate inflammation of pancreas more effectively with a simpler method and preciser curative effect.
