| 目的：运用计算机辅助系统挖掘裘昌林教授治疗帕金森病(颤证)的临床用药规律,进一步整理和分析裘昌林教授治疗帕金森病的中医理论和临床用药特色。方法：收集裘昌林教授治疗帕金森病病例,建立裘昌林教授工作室帕金森病专用数据库以及输入原始数据,借助计算机数据挖掘技术对裘昌林教授治疗帕金森病证治规律进行系统、客观地分析和总结。结果：对纳入的65名患者病例,共305 张处方进行分析,确定处方中药物的使用频次,药物间的关联,挖掘裘昌林教授治疗帕金森病的理论和基本方。结论：数据挖掘法对于挖掘名老中医临床经验具有重要实用价值。 |

| Objective: Used computer aided system to mine professor Qiu’s clinical drugs regularity of Parkinson"s disease （chanzheng）,then further arranging and analyzing the TCM academic theory and clinical medicine characteristics of professor Qiu to cure Parkinson"s disease. Methods: Collecting cases of Qiu Changlin for the treatment of Parkinson"s disease, the object data is used to establish a Parkinson"s disease special-purpose database of Qiu Changlin and input the original data .Using computer"s data mining technology to objectively and systematically analyze and summarize professor Qiu"s regular pattern of syndrome and treatment for Parkinson"s disease. Results: Analyzing the 65 patients and a total of 305 prescriptions from database, then determining the frequency of drugs usage and the correlation between them to mine the basic theory and the prescription of Qiu Changlin for the treatment of Parkinson"s disease. Conclusion: Data mining technology has high practical value for mining the clinical experience from old famous TCM doctor. |
