| 目的 观察托玛琳粉敷贴足三里穴对老年衰弱患者免疫功能与衰弱指数的影响。 方法 将56例老年衰弱患者随机均分为托玛琳组和对照组(每组28例)。两组每天分别予托玛琳粉和安慰剂敷贴足三里穴,共28天,比较两组患者治疗前后血白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数(N)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4／CD8比值、IgG、IgA、IgM、补体C3的含量和变化,以及衰弱指数分值的变化。 结果 托玛琳组患者的血CD3、CD4、CD4／CD8比值、IgG、IgA、C3均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01),血CRP水平和衰弱指数分值低于对照组(P＜0.05)。 结论 托玛琳粉敷贴足三里穴能部分改善老年衰弱患者的免疫功能指标,降低衰弱指数分值。 |

| Objective To evaluate the effects of tourmaline plaster at Zusanli on immunologic function and frailty index in elderly frail patients． Methods Totally 56 elderly frail patients were equally randomized divided into tourmaline group and control group(n=28).Patients in both two groups were respectively plastered at Zusanli with tourmaline powder or placebo powder , once a day for 28d．Changes of white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophilic granulocyte count(N), C-reactionprotein(CRP),percentages of T-lymphocyte subsets(CD3,CD4,CD8),CD4／CD8 ratio,and plasma IgG,IgA,IgM and C3 levels, and the frailty index score were determined before and after treatment． Results Percentages of CD3 and CD4,and CD4／CD8 ratio,and plasma IgG,IgA ,C3 levels were significanfly higher in tourmaline group than in control group(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01)．The CRP level and frailty index score were significanfly reduced in tourmaline group than in control group(P＜0.05)．Conclusion Tourmaline plaster at Zusanli can improve partially the immune function parameters and reduce frailty index score in elderly frailty． |
