| 【】目的：探讨无水酒精囊内注射治疗鼻前庭囊肿的临床疗效及安全性。方法：对20例确诊为鼻前庭囊肿的患者进行临床资料收集及随访,以无水酒精注射入鼻前庭囊肿囊腔内,反复灌洗治疗鼻前庭囊肿,观察治疗效果及不良反应。结果：20例均可进行疗效评价,治疗后随访6个月～1年,17例经1次治疗即治愈,2例经两次治疗治愈,一次性治愈率达85%,总有效率达95%。结论：无水酒精囊内注射治疗鼻前庭囊肿是安全、有效、方便的治疗方法。 |

| OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of vesicle absolute alcohol injection in treating of nasal vestibular cyst. METHODS Clinical data of 20 patients with nasal vestibular cyst admitted to our hospital were collected and followed up. Vesicle absolute alcohol injection were performed in all cases.
