| 目的：为观察盐酸非索非那丁联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗儿童慢性特发性荨麻疹的有效性与安全性。方法：130例病人随机分为治疗组与对照组各65列,对照组用盐酸非索非那丁60mg,一日二次,治疗组在此基础上肌注卡介菌多糖核酸,隔日一次,每次二支,共治疗三个月,并随访一年。结果：疗程结束时治疗组有效率为80.0%,而对照组为64.6%,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；两组USA分值较治疗前均有下降,但治疗组下降更明显,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；两组的不良反应发生率无显著性差异(P＞0.05)；一年后随访,治疗组的复发率与反复率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：盐酸非索非那丁联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗儿童慢性特发性荨麻疹具有近期疗效好、远期复发率低的优点。 |

| Objective：To observe the efficacy and safety of Fexofenadine Hydrochloride Tablets with BCG polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid Injection in the treatment of the Children,Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria． Methods：One hundred and thirty outpatients were randomly divided into treatment group and contrant group,each contains 65 cases．.The contrast group were treated by Fexofenadine Hydrochloride Tablets．The treatment group were treated with BCG polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid Injection on this basis．The treatment cours in both groups lasted 3 months and supposed to see the doctor in one year at any time．Results：The efficient |
