| 目的：观察益气振心汤对慢性心力衰竭患者（阳虚气弱、瘀结水停型）的肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统（RAAS）及交感神经系统（SNS）的影响。方法：选择90例患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，43例对照组给予常规西药治疗，47例治疗组除常规西药治疗外，同时使用益气振心汤治疗。连续治疗12周后，观察两组患者血浆肾素活性（PRA）、血管紧张素II（AngII）、醛固酮（ALD）、去甲肾上腺素（NE）及中医证候积分。结果：与对照组比较，治疗组的AngII、ALD、NE指标改善明显[AngII：（124.85±29.82）ng/L比（139.56±37.82）ng/L，P＜0.05；ALD：（177.92±18.81）ng/L比（186.42±21.36）ng/L，P＜0.05；NE：（2.13±0.18）nmol/L比（2.21±0.19）nmol/L，P＜0.05]。治疗组的中医证候积分改善情况明显优于对照组[95.74%比81.40%，P＜0.05]。与对照组比较，PRA改善情况无明显差异[（3.27±1.86）μg/L/h比（3.36±2.23）μg/L/h，P＞0.05]。结论：联合应用益气振心汤能有效抑制阳虚气弱、水饮内停型慢性心力衰竭患者的RAAS和SNS且在改善症状方面，均优于单用西药治疗。 |

| ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqizhenxin decoction on RASS and SNS in patients with chronic heart failure of type yang deficiency and binding of static blood and water. METHODS：A total of 90 patients were randomly assigned to two groups：43 patients( the control group) were treated with conventional western medicine，47 patients （the treatment group） were treated with Yiqizhenxin decoction,based on the routine western medicine.Observing the PRA,ALD,NE and TCM symptoms score of two groups of patients after continuously treating for 12 weeks. RESULTS：Compared with the control group, the treatment group in the Angll,ALD and NE improved (Angll:124.85±29.82 vs 139.56±37.82;ALD：177.92±18.81 vs 186.42±21.36;NE：2.13±0.18 vs 2.21±0.19, all P﹤0.05) more significantly. The TCM symptoms score in treatment group excels that in control group(95.74% vs 81.40%,P＜0.05). Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in PRA improvement(3.27±1.86 vs 3.36±2.23, P＞0.05).CONCLUSl0NS：Treating patients of chronic heart failure of type yang deficiency and binding of static blood and water with routine western medicines and Yiqizhenxin decoction could effectively inhibit the RAAS and SNS and improve symptoms ，and was superior to western medicine treatment alone. |
