| 目的：探讨炎症肠病生活质量与抑郁、焦虑的关系研究。方法：选自我院于2015年6月~2016年6月期间收治的炎症性肠病患者68例,选自我院于2015年6月~2016年6月期间健康体检者60例。炎症性肠病生活质量采用生活质量量表(IBDQ)评价,抑郁症状采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价,焦虑症状采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评价。比较IBD组和健康组IBDQ评分、抑郁评分、焦虑评分,及IBD组患者生活质量与焦虑和抑郁评分相关性。结果：IBD组情感功能、社会功能、全身症状、肠道症状、总分评分低于健康组,且均有显著性差异(P<0.05)；IBD组抑郁评分高于健康组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)；BD组焦虑评分高于健康组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)；生活质量与焦虑和抑郁呈负相关。结论：炎症肠病生活质量与抑郁、焦虑密切相关,焦虑状态和抑郁状态越严重,患者生活质量越低。 |

| Objective: To explore the relationship between quality of life and depression and anxiety in inflammatory bowel disease. Methods: 68 cases were selected from our hospital in June 2015 ~ June 2016 in patients with inflammatory bowel disease, selected from our hospital during the period from June 2015 ~ June 2016 year in 60 cases of healthy people. The quality of life scale with inflammatory bowel disease (IBDQ) to evaluate the quality of life and depressive symptoms using self rating Depression Scale (SDS) assessment of anxiety symptoms by self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) assessment. The correlation of IBDQ score, depression score, anxiety score, anxiety and depression score between IBD group and healthy group were compared between the IBD group and the health group. Results: in IBD group, emotional function, social function, systemic symptoms, intestinal symptoms, total score lower than healthy group (P<0.05); IBD group depression scores higher than the healthy group (P<0.05); IBD group anxiety score higher than the healthy group (P<0.05); life the quality was negatively correlated with anxiety and depression. Conclusion: inflammatory bowel disease and quality of life are closely related to depression and anxiety, anxiety and depression more serious, the lower the quality of life of patients. |
