| 目的:对目前国内外复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的系统评价/Meta分析的方法学质量和报告质量进行评价。方法:检索万方医药期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献期刊、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、中国知网和PubMed数据库,分别采用AMSTAR量表和PRISMA清单对最终纳入的文献进行方法学质量评价和报告质量评价。结果:12篇研究符合纳入标准。AMSTAR量表平均分7分,PRISMA报告质量平均得分为22.2分。主要存在问题有在前期方案设计、方案注册、研究选择和研究组间的偏倚、未报告资金来源方面。结论:目前国内外复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的系统评价/Meta分析质量尚可,但仍需进一步提高方法学水平并规范报告,以期为循证决策提供高质量的证据。 |

| Objective: To assess the methodological quality and reporting quality of existing domestic and overseas systematic reviews/Meta-analyses of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill for Coronary Heart Disease Angina. Methods: Chinese Biomedical Literature, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP, Wanfang and Pub Med databases were searched to collect literatures for systematic review/Meta-analysis of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill for Coronary Heart Disease Angina. Result: Twelve articles were included． The AMSTAR scale showed 7 scores on average. The average PRISMA score was 22.2 scores. The main problems included bias in the team, project design, registered scheme, study selection and methodology and no source of fund. Conclusion: At present the quality of systematic reviews/meta-analyses of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill for Coronary Heart Disease Angina is passably, which is asking for further improvement of methodology and standardization of reporting to provide high-quality evidence for evidence-based decision. |
