| 自噬是机体降解衰老的细胞器和蛋白质的主要细胞学通路。自噬广泛存在于机体缺氧、营养不足、高温、细胞组织重构及细胞死亡等不同阶段中，是真核细胞生物通过自我消化来获取生存所必需的营养和能量一种方式。近年来，自噬在肿瘤、糖尿病、心脏病、肾脏病等多种疾病研究中。本文主要叙述自噬的分子作用机制、自噬对肿瘤的作用、自噬的中医病因病机以及针灸疗法、中药提取物等对自噬的作用。 |

| Autophagy is a major cellular pathway for the degradation of senescence and cll organelles and proteins. Autophagy exists widely in different stages of hypoxia, lack of nutrition, temperature, tissue reconstruction and cell death. It is a way to obtain nutrition and energy necessary for survival by self digestion in eukaryotic cells. In recent years, the number of the research of the relationship between autophagy and tumor or diabetes or heart disease or kidney disease or other diseases is increasing. This paper mainly describes the molecular mechanism of autophagy, the role of autophagy in cancer, the role of autophagy in the pathogenesis in TCM and effect of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and Chineseherb extract on autophagy |
