| 目的：观察纳米树脂复合流体树脂修复楔状缺损的临床疗效。方法：371颗楔状缺损患牙随机分为实验组1、实验组2和对照组。实验组采用纳米树脂复合流体树脂修复楔状缺损，对照组单纯纳米树脂修复楔状缺损。实验组1：3M流体树脂修复龈壁后，3MZ350纳米树脂修复楔状缺损；实验组2：3MZ350纳米树脂分层修复楔状缺损，最后龈壁一层3M流体树脂修复。一年复查，检查龈壁密合度。结果:纳米树脂复合流体树脂修复楔状缺损龈壁密合度为92.23%，单纯纳米树脂修复楔状缺损龈壁密合度为69.7%，二者之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。实验组1，龈壁密合度97.09%；实验组2，龈壁密合度87.37%，二者之间无显著性差异(P=0.07>0.05)。结论：纳米树脂复合流体树脂修复楔状缺损可有效降低楔桩缺损龈壁不密合，有效防止修复体根方形成新的楔状缺损，值得临床推广。 |

| [Abstract]Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of Z350 nano-resin combining with Z350 Tetric Flow resin filling the dental wedge-shapde defects. Method: Random allocation was taken to devide 371 dental wedge-shaped defects into two groups. The experimental group was filled with Z350 nano-resin combining with Z350 Tetric Flow resin, the control group was filled with Z350 nano-resin only. 206 dental wedge-shaped defects of the experimental group were assigned to the experimental group one or the experimental group two. The dental wedge-shaped defects of the experimental group one were filled with Z350 Tetric Flow resin first . Z350 nano-resin was filled first at the experimental group two. The sealing degree of the gingival wall was checked after a year. Result: The sealing degree of the experimental group was 92.23%, the control group was 69.7%. There was significance in the sealing degree between the two groups(P<0.05). The sealing degree of the experimental group one was 97.09%, the experimental group two was 87.37%. There was no significance in the sealing degree between the two groups(P=0.07>0.05). Conclusion: Z350 nano-resin combing with Z350 Tetric Flow resin was a good method for the restoration of the dental wedge-shaped defects. |
