| 【】 目的：观察内服人参养荣汤对糖尿病足溃疡患者创面修复愈合情况的影响,探讨中医益气养血法在糖尿病足溃疡修复中的作用。方法：选取糖尿病足溃疡患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用人参养荣汤,观察两组患者创面腐肉净化时间、肉芽平皮面时间、上皮化时间、创面愈合时间、治疗后10天、20天、30天、40天患者血清白蛋白含量情况。结果：治疗组腐肉净化时间较对照组无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),肉芽平皮面时间、上皮化时间、创面愈合时间较对照组明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),在血清白蛋白含量方面优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在糖尿病足溃疡进行有效的外治同时,加用内服人参养荣汤能明显提高患者血清白蛋白含量,改善患者营养情况,缩短创面愈合时间。 |

| 【】 OBJECTIVE: To observe the potential therapeutic effects of Ren Shen Yang Rong Tang to patients with diabetic foot ulcers and explore the effect of Yi Qi Yang Xue method in wound healing. METHODS: 60 patients with diabetic foot ulcers were equally and randomly divided into control and treatment groups. Patients in the control group received routine external treatment with chinese medicine, while the treatment group was treated with additional Ren Shen Yang Rong Tang. The time for completion of inflammation stage, granulation process, epithelialization phase and wound healing were documented, serum albumin were assessed at 10, 20, 30, 40 days. RESULTS: No significant statistical change was found of inflammation stage between two groups(p＞0.05). But the treatment group had a statistical increase in serum albumin level(P<0.05). Granulation process, epithelialization phase and healing time Sshowed evident decrease in treatment group(p＜0.05). CONCLUSION: This study has demonstrated the potential of Ren Shen Yang Rong Tang combined with external treatment to increase serum albumin level, improve nutritional status and shorten the healing time in patients with diabetic foot ulcers. |
