      【】目的 比较钢丝加强型导管和普通气管导管进行气管插管的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析 100 例入急诊室需要气管插管患者,随机分为钢丝加强型导管组(A组)和普通导管组(B组),每组50例,均采用经鼻气管插管;比较两组患者的插管时间、插管一次成功率、插管期间的血流动力学变化以及术后并发症的发生情况。结果 与B组比较,A组一次插管成功率明显升高(P<0.05)、鼻出例数明显降低(P<0.01)、插管时间明显缩短(P<0.05);两组血流动力学变化差异无统计学意义。结论 经鼻气管插管时,应用钢丝加强型导管较普通型气管导管可明显提高一次成功率,缩短插管时间,同时减少鼻出血的发生率。

      【】Objectlve To analyze the intubation effects on steel-reinforced trachea tube and normal trachea tube.Methods A retrospective study involving 100 emergency patients who needing intubation ,according to the patients’different of trachea tube,the patients were divided into the steel-reinforced trachea tube group (group A) and normal trachea tube group (group B); Intubation time, success rate at the first intubation, hemodynamics during intubation and postoperative complications were recorded. Results Compared to the A group, the intubation time in group B was significantly longer (P<0.05), the success rate at the first intubation in group B was lower (P<0.05).there are no significant differences between group A and group B in hemodynamics and postoperative complication (both P>0.05). Conclusion In nasotracheal intubation,the use of steel-reinforced trachea tube can significantly improve the fist success rate ,and shorten the intubation time, as well as ruduce the incidence of nasotracheal bleeding.
