| 目的 比较镍钛聚髌器与双刚缆治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 选取科室自2013年1月至2015年12月收治的髌骨骨折患者89例,其中采用镍钛聚髌器固定治疗患者49例,双刚缆固定治疗患者40例,观察比较两组患者手术时间、术后首次锻炼时间、骨折愈合时间、以及临床疗效优良率。结果 镍钛聚髌器组在手术时间、首次锻炼时间以及骨折愈合时间均比双刚缆组少(P＜0.05)；镍钛聚髌器组临床疗效优良率为95.92%高于双刚缆组的90%(P＞0.05)。结论 镍钛聚髌器治疗髌骨骨折临床疗效显著,手术时间短,术后锻炼早,骨折愈合快,适于临床推广。 |

| Objective To compare the effects of nickel-titanium patellar concentrator and double wire suture fixation in the treatment of patellar fracture. Methods 89 patients with patella fractures were from January 2013 to 2015 December were selected, 49 of them used nickel-titanium patellar concentrator fixation,others were fixed with double wire suture ,compared two groups of patients with operation time, first exercise time after operation, fracture healing time, and the clinical rate of excellent and good results. Result The nickel-titanium patellar concentrator group in operation time, first exercise time after operation and fracture healing time were less than the double wire suture group(P＜0.05); nickel-titanium patellar concentrator group clinical rate of excellent and good results was 95.92% higher than the double wire suture group of 90% (P > 0.05). Conclusions Nickel-titanium patellar concentrator in treatment of patellar fracture clinical efficacy, short operation time, postoperative exercise early, fast fracture healing, suitable for clinical application. |
