| 目的 分析酒精性肝病合并慢性酒精中毒性脑病患者的临床表现，为临床医师的治疗提供参考。方法 回顾性分析98例酒精性肝病合并慢性酒精中毒性脑病患者的临床特征及影像学结果。结果 酒精性肝病合并慢性酒精中毒性脑病患者存在严重的肝、脑损伤及广泛的影像学改变。结论 酒精性肝病合并慢性酒精中毒性脑病是多病并存的临床综合症，在临床治疗上需要整体把握，灵活处之。 |

| Objective TO analyze the clinical findings of alcoholic liver disease combining chronic alcoholic encephalopathy, supply the references to the clinicians. Methods Retrospective analyzing the clinical status and image status of the 98 cases of Alcoholic Liver Disease combining Chronic Alcoholism Encephalopathy.Results Alcoholic Liver Disease combining Chronic Alcoholism Encephalopathy patients suffered serious injury of liver and brain and showed extensive image changes . Conclusion Alcoholic liver disease combining chronic alcoholic encephalopathy is the syndrome of concomitance with diverse diseases,we should grasp the whole and treat flexibly in the clinical treatment. |
