| Toll样受体为联系固有免疫与适应性免疫的重要细胞跨膜蛋白,在免疫及炎症性疾病的发病机制中具有重要作用。目前认为慢性扁桃体炎的病因及发病机制主要是急性扁桃体炎反复发作导致机体免疫力低下，细菌感染及扁桃体隐窝引流不畅而引发的慢性炎症反应。因此，基于Toll样受体介导的TLR-NF-κB信号通路在慢性扁桃体炎的发病机制中的重要意义，采用关键词进行文献检索，总结目前TLR-NF-κB信号通路及慢性扁桃体炎的发病机制的研究成果，对TLR-NF-κB信号通路与慢性扁桃体炎的发病机制相关研究进行综述如下。 |

| Toll-like receptors is one of the important transmembrane proteins that contact innate immunity and adaptive immunity and play an important role in the immune system disease and inflammatory disease. Recently,most of the studies indicate that the pathogenesis and etiology of chronic tonsillitis is one type of the immunoreaction that caused by immune suppression,bacterial infection and the poor drainage or crypt.Based on the importance of the TLR-NF-κB signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of chronic tonsillitis,Through literature search, we summarized the research results of the pathogenesis of the TLR-NF-κB signaling pathway and chronic tonsillitis, the pathogenesis of related researches are as follows. |
