| 目的：探讨自拟宫颈方对宫颈炎的疗效及机制。方法：成年雌性大鼠48只,采用随机数字表法，分为实验组(36只)和空白对照组(12只),实验组予阴道内注入25%苯酚胶浆法建立大鼠宫颈炎动物模型。造模成功后分四组给药：空白对照组（10只）、模型组（10只）、外用溃疡散组（10只）、自拟宫颈方组（10只）。空白对照组及模型组给予蒸馏水胶浆，外用溃疡散组给予外用溃疡散胶浆（0.05g/ml），自拟宫颈方组给予自拟宫颈方胶浆（0.3g/ml），用灌胃针注入阴道深部，并予自制医用无菌棉条堵塞阴道，给药隔天一次，0.1ml/0.1kg,共12次以后，测定大鼠体内血管内皮生长因子（VEGF-A）、核转录因子（NF-KB）的表达水平。结果：①治疗后自拟宫颈方组和外用溃疡散组VEGF-A、NF-KB表达水平明显低于模型组（P<0.05）；②自拟宫颈方组和外用溃疡散组中VEGF-A(P=0.684)、NF-KB(P=0.281)表达水平相当，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；③自拟宫颈方组中大鼠的一般状况较外用溃疡散组中大鼠明显改善,有明显差异（P>0.05）。结论：自拟宫颈方能明显降低大鼠体内VEGF-A、NF-KB的表达水平，并能明显改善大鼠一般情况，从而达到治疗目的。

| Objective:the purpose of this paper is to probe to the recipe enema with the self-prescription of cervicitis in clinical efficacy and mechanism. Methods:Fourty-eight adult female rats were distributed at random to experimental group (36rats)and blank control group(12rats).
The rats in the experimental group were injected phenol slurry to the vaginas.After model establishment,all the rats were randomly assigned to four groups and given the relevant drugs.There were blank group(BG.10rats),model group(MG,10rats),Waiyongkuiyang-powder group(WG,10rats) , self-prescription of cervicitis group(SG,10rats), taking drugs every other day,0.1ml/0.1kg，After twelve times, all the rats were observed the levels of Nuclear factor kappaB (NF-kB) and Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the cervical tissues. Results:①Compared with MG, the levels of NF-kB and VEGF in the rats was lower (P<0.05).②There were no differences between WG and MG(P>0.05),about the level of NF-kB(P=0.281) and VEGF-A(P=0.684). ③The general condition of the rats in the MG were much better the those in the WG(P>0.05). Conclusion:Self-made cervix prescroption can decrease the expression of NF-kB and VEGF-A in the rats. To speed the recover velocity,it as well also can to improve the symptom,then to reach the therapeutic aim. |
