      摘要:目的 观察血清镁与维持性血液透析患者心脏瓣膜钙化的相关性。方法 采用彩色多普勒超声心动图检测111例长期血液透析患者的心脏瓣膜钙化情况,分析与血清镁等其它指标的相关性。结果 111例患者中,心脏瓣膜钙化有76例,无钙化35例。与无钙化组相比,钙化组患者血清镁浓度明显偏低(P<0.01),而血磷浓度偏高(P<0.05)。通过多因素回归分析,发现长期血液透析患者的心脏瓣膜钙化与血清镁呈明显相关性(P<0.05),而与血磷无关。结论 低血清镁与长期血液透析患者的心脏瓣膜钙化有关,早期纠正低血清镁可能降低心脏瓣膜钙化的发生和发展,值得临床关注。

      Abstract Objective: To examine the relationship between cardiac valve calcification and serum magnesium levels in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods: 111 patients underwent Color Doppler echocardiography for qualitative assessment of cardiac valve calcification. Blood was drawn to measure hemoglobin, albumin, serum calcium, phosphate, magnesium and intact parathyroid hormone levels. Results: Overall, 76 patients exist cardiac valve calcification (calcification group), and 35 cases without calcification (no calcification group). Compared with the group without calcification, those in the calcification group had lower serum magnesium (P<0.01) and higher serum phosphorus levels (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that serum magnesium concentration was a significant independent factor associated with the presence of cardiac valve calcification in hemodialysis patients (P<0.05). Conclusion: Hypomagnesemia is significantly associated with the presence of cardiac valve calcification in hemodialysis patients. These results suggest that early correct serum magnesium may reduce the occurrence and development of valve calcification.
