| 目的：建立测定雷公藤甲素自微乳中雷公藤甲素的含量的方法。方法：采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6*150mm ,5μm)；流动相为甲醇：0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钠水溶液(pH调节到4.1)=40:60,流速为1.0 ml,柱温为28℃,检测波长为218nm,进样量为20μL。结果：雷公藤甲素在4.048~40.48mg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为(97.2±1.4)%。结论 该方法准确、简单、重现性好,可用于雷公藤甲素自微乳中雷公藤甲素的含量测定 |

| Objective To establish a method for the determination of Triptolide in Triptolide Self-Microemulsifying.Methods Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (4.6*150mm ,5μm)Hypersil BDS C18 column( 4.6 mm × 200 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phases consisted of methanol-sodium dihydrogen phosphate(40:60)(adjusted pH to 4.1 by phosphorjc acid). the flow rate was 1.0ml.min-1,the detection wavelength was set at 218nm,the column temperature was 25℃ and the injection volume was 20 μl．Results There was a good linear correlation within the range of 4.048~40.48mg/ml for norcantharidin ( r = 0.999 9), the average recovery for norcantharidin was (97.2±1.4)% (RSD=0.98%,n=9.)Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive,and can provide a method for controlling the quality of Triptolide Self-Microemulsifying |
