| 传染性单核细胞增多症（IM）是由EB病毒（EBV）感染引起的引起的临床表现为发热、淋巴结肿大、咽喉炎的急性自限性传染病，多发于儿童。近年IM在成人中的发病率呈上升趋势，本文通过报道临床应用常规治疗配合中医辨证论治,治愈成人传染性单核细胞增多症并肝损害1例，指出中西医结合在治疗本病中的优势。 |

| Infectious mononucleosis (IM) is caused by epstein-barr virus (EBV) infection 。Its clinical manifestations are fever, swollen lymph nodes, sore throat. IM always multiple in children. In recent years, IM in adult is on the rise.This paper reports the clinical application of conventional therapy with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, heal the adult infectious mononucleosis and liver damage, points out the advantage of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of the disease. |
