      目的 探讨核苷酸结合寡聚域1(NOD1)在宫颈癌发病机制中的作用。方法 选取宫颈癌患者107例,取癌组织(宫颈癌组),并与50例宫颈上皮内瘤变(宫颈上皮内瘤变组)、慢性宫颈炎(慢性宫颈炎组)作对照,免疫组化法检测NOD1的表达。结果 宫颈癌组NOD1的阳性率显著高于宫颈上皮内瘤变组和慢性宫颈炎组(依次为:91.59;76.00;62.00)(依次为:χ2=7.15;20.36, P<0.05或P<0.01),宫颈上皮内瘤变组和慢性宫颈炎组NOD1的阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.29,P>0.05)。宫颈癌组NOD1的阳性表达强度显著高于慢性宫颈炎组(依次为:0.18±0.05;0.16±0.04 OD值)(P<0.05),宫颈上皮内瘤变组NOD1的阳性表达强度与宫颈癌组及慢性宫颈炎组差异无统计学意义(依次为:0.18±0.04;0.18±0.05;0.16±0.04 OD值)(P>0.05)。在宫颈癌组中,伴有淋巴结转移组NOD1的阳性率和阳性表达强度与不伴有淋巴结转移组差异均无统计学意义(依次为:94.44%,84.21%;0.18 ±0.05,0.19 ±0.05 OD值)(χ2=1.58,t=0.52,P>0.05)。结论 NOD1在宫颈癌组织中表达增强,可能与宫颈癌的恶性分化有关,与预后无相关,可能是一种治疗肿瘤的靶点。

      【】 Objective To investigate the potential roles of nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain 1(NOD1)in the pathogenesis of the cervical cancer.Methods Tissues from 107 patients with cervical cancer (cervical cancer group), and 50 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia group)and 50 cases of chronic cervicitis(chronic cervicitis group)were obtained either. Immunohistochemistry was performed to determine the expression of NOD1 protein in tissue of this three groups. Results The positive rate of NOD1 in cervical cancer group were significantly higher than that in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia group and chronic cervicitis group(91.59%,76.00%,62.00%, respectively) (χ2=7.15,20.36, P<0.05 or P<0.01),while there was no significance of NOD1 levels between in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia group and chronic cervicitis group(χ2=2.29,P>0.05). Moreover, the expression levels of NOD1 protein in cervical cancer group was demonstrated higher than that in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia group(0.18±0.05,0.16±0.04 optical density)(P<0.05). but there was no significance of NOD1 levels either between in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia group and chronic cervicitis group(0.18±0.04,0.18±0.05 optical density)(P>0.05) or between in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia group and chronic cervicitis group (0.18±0.04,0.16±0.04 optical density)(P>0.05). Furthermore, in cervical cancer group, positive rate and expression levels of NOD1 in which with lymph node metastasis was no significant difference than which without lymph node metastasis((94.44%,84.21%;0.18 ±0.05,0.19 ±0.05 optical density,respectively)(χ2=1.58,t=0.52,both P>0.05). Conclusion Expression levels of NOD1 protein in cervical cancer were increased, it may be correlated with cervical cancer cell malignant differentiation, but not correlated with prognosis. Perhaps, NOD1 will play a key roles as a novel target for tumor therapy.
