| 目的: 观察中药周期疗法联合针灸治疗肾虚型卵巢储备功能下降不孕症的临床效果。方法: 选择46例肾虚型卵巢储备功能下降的不孕症患者,治疗组予中药周期疗法联合针灸治疗,对照组予西药人工周期治疗。观察两组临床疗效。结果: 治疗组有效率为82.61%,对照组有效率为73.91%,两组有效率相互比较无明显差异(p>0.05),但治疗组有效率高于对照组。治疗组治疗6个月后妊娠者10例,显效率为43.48%,妊娠3个月以上者6例,治愈率为26.09%,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(p<0.05)；结论：中药周期疗法联合针灸治疗肾虚型卵巢储备功能下降不孕症有较好的临床疗效。 |

| : Objective: Observe the Clinical Effect of infertility due to kidney deficiency type diminished ovarian reserve by Traditional Chinese Medicine cyclic therapy Combined with Acupuncture. Methods: Selection of 46 cases of infertility patients with kidney deficiency type of diminished ovarian reserve. The therapy group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine cyclic therapy Combined with Acupuncture, the control group was treated with Artificial cycle and Ovulation induction. Observe the Clinical Effect of two groups. Results: The treatment group effective rate was 82.61%, the control group effective rate was 82.61%, the efficiency of the two groups was no significant difference (p > 0.05), but treatment group effectiveness is higher than the control group. Treatment group 6 months after the treatment of 10 cases of pregnancy, The significant efficiency was 43.48%, 6 cases of pregnant women over 3 months, the cure rate was 26.09%, significant difference compared with the control group (p < 0.05);Kidney: Traditional Chinese Medicine cyclic therapy Combined with Acupuncture treatment of kidney deficiency type by infertility has better clinical curative effect. |
