| 目的 观察益气托毒法治疗慢性骨髓炎伴软组织缺损术后伤口愈合不良的疗效。方法 慢性骨髓炎伴软组织缺损术后伤口愈合不良的患者46例，随机分为治疗组与对照组，所有患者均予以创面清洁换药，全身应用敏感抗生素，治疗组患者再予以益气养血，扶正托毒之法化裁治之。观察创面愈合情况。结果 46例患者创面均愈合，但治疗组愈合时间较对照组明显缩短，且患者一般情况改善明显。结论 益气托毒法治疗慢性骨髓炎伴软组织缺损术后伤口愈合不良的疗效显著。 |

| Objective To observe the effection of the method of tonifiying qi and expel toxin in the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis with soft tissue defects in postoperative wound healing poorly. Methods 46 patients，who were suffered from chronic osteomyelitis with soft tissue defects in postoperative wound healing poorly，were randomly divided into treatment and control groups，All patient's injured area carried on trades the medicine cleanly and applied the sensitive antibiotic treatment, while the patients in treatment group were simultaneously treated with the method of tonifiying qi and expel toxin. Observe the situation of wound healing. Results All of patients were wound healed，but the time of wound healing in the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group ，and the general condition of patients in the treatment group improved significantly. Conclusion The effection of the method of tonifiying qi and expel toxin in the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis with soft tissue defects in postoperative wound healing poorly is significant. |
