| 目的：观察血清白血病抑制因子对体外受精-胚胎移植结局的预测价值。方法：根据患者胚胎移植后14天HCG水平,将入组的患者分为妊娠组及未妊娠组,比较两组患者胚胎移植后7天、14天的白血病抑制因子水平。随访妊娠组患者,比较异位妊娠组与正常宫内妊娠组间血清白血病抑制因子水平。结果：妊娠组与未妊娠组移植后7天血清白血病抑制因子比较、移植后14天血清白血病抑制因子比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正常宫内妊娠组与异位妊娠组移植后14天LIF比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：血清白血病抑制因子在体外受精-胚胎移植结局中有一定的预测价值。 |

| Objective: To study the predictive value of serum leukemia inhibitory factor on the outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer. Methods: According to the level of HCG in 14 days after transplantation, the patients were divided into two groups, Pregnancy group and non pregnancy group.Compare the two groups the level of leukemia inhibitory factor after transplantation7 days and 14 days.Follow up pregnancy group, to compare the leukemia inhibitory factor between the ectopic pregnancy group and the normal intrauterine pregnancy group.Results: There were significant differences in LIF (P<0.05) between the 7 days and 14 days after transplantation of the pregnant and non pregnant group . The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) between normal intrauterine pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy after 14 days of transplantation. Conclusion: Serum leukemia inhibitory factor in the in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer outcome has a certain predictive value. |
