| 目的 对内生软骨瘤的临床特点、影像学表现及其治疗方法的研究进展作一综述。 方法 查阅关于内生软骨瘤的国内外的各种报道,进行归纳整理分析。 结果 针对内生软骨瘤可以进行保守治疗和单纯病灶刮除术、刮除病灶+植骨术为主的两种手术治疗,各种方法各有优缺点；对于合并病理性骨折的内生软骨瘤,骨折和肿瘤可以同时处理也可以先后处理。 结论 内生软骨瘤的治疗应根据患者个体情况和手术适应症来综合选择。 |

| Objective To analyze the research progress in the clinical features、imaging performance and treatment of enchondroma. Methods A comprehensive analysis was made based on reading the relevant literature at home and abroad. Results Enchondroma was treated by conservative treatment and two major procedures: lesion curettage with and without bone grafting. Each method had its characteristic. For enchondroma accompanied with focal frature, bone fracture could be treated simultaneously or successively . Conclusion The chose of theraphy method for enchondroma was decided by both the patient’s condition and indications of each surgical procedure. |
