| 目的：比较刮痧疗法与升白药物利血生在缓解吉西他滨联合顺铂(GP)方案所致血白细胞减少症,降低感染发生率方面的疗效差异；方法：60例行GP方案化疗的恶性肿瘤患者随机分为刮痧组,利血生组及单纯化疗组。统计三组患者化疗期间出现的重度白细胞减少症及感染病例数,并进行统计学分析,评价刮痧疗法在改善化疗所致不良反应方面的效果；结果：刮痧可显著降低化疗患者感染事件的发生率(P<0.05)；化疗联合刮痧在减少Ⅲ度以上白细胞缺乏症,节省医疗开支,改善患者体能状态等方面的效果均明显优于化疗联合利血生方案(P<0.05)。结论：在接受GP方案化疗的患者中运用刮痧疗法可显著降低治疗期间Ⅲ度以上白细胞减少症及感染事件的发生率,降低治疗相关费用,提高患者体能状态。 |

| Objective: To compare the curative effect differences between guasha-theraphy and leucogen in the treatment of leucopenia and infections induced by gemcitabine plus cisplatin. Methods: 45 patients with advanced malignant tumor were divided into the guasha group, the leucogen group and the chemo group. To compare the differences of the leucopenia and its related infections between this three groups systematically. Result: The guasha group had a lower infection rate than the chemo group (P<0.05). The guasha-therapy could reduce the number of the patients with 3~4 grade leucopenia, cut the medical expenses of treating the leucopenia and infections, and also could improve the paitients’ performance status during the chemo. And all of this showed significant differences contrasted with the leucogen group (P<0.05). Conclusion: By applying the guasha-therapy to the GP chemotherapy, the incidences of the 3~4 grade leucopenia and the infection can be diminished remarkably, and therefore the related medical cost can be cut off, and the patients’ performance status will be better than single chemotherapy or chemo plus leucogen therapy. |
