| 【】目的：探讨复发性自然流产患者Hcy水平及MTHFR基因突变率与中医肾虚血瘀型相互关系；方法： 50例复发性自然流产患者(观察组),50例无不良妊娠史的育龄期妇女(对照组)均进行Hcy水平、MTHFR基因检测及中医辩证：肾虚血瘀型及非肾虚血瘀型, 观察组在非肾虚血瘀型基础上区分：脾肾两虚型、气血两虚型、肾虚血热型、肝气郁结型；结果：复发性自然流产组MTHFR C677T突变纯合子TT型为(24/50,48%),显著高于对照组(9/50,18%)；RAS患者中CT型(22/50,44%)与对照组(23/50,46%)比较,P>0.05无显著性差异；对照组患者中CC型为(17/50,34%),显著高于RAS组(4/50,8%),P<0.01； |

| Abstract Objective: To explore the relationship between the Hcy levels of natural recurrent spontaneous abortion patients、MTHFR mutation rate and TCM Kidney Blood type; Methods: 50 cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients (observation group), 50 cases of child-bearing-age women without adverse pregnancy history (control group) were detected in Hcy levels, MTHFR gene and TCM dialectical: kidney blood type and non kidney blood type observed in the group on the basis of non-kidney blood type distinction: spleen and kidney deficiency, blood deficiency type, kidney blood heat, qi stagnation; results: The TT genotype of recurrent spontaneous abortion group MTHFR C677T mutation homozygous (24/50, 48%) was significantly higher than control group (9/ 50,18%); as for the comparison of CT genotype between recurrent spontaneous abortion patients (22/50,44%) and the control group (23/50,46%), P>0.05, no significant difference; the CC genotype of control group (17 / 50,34%) was significantly higher than the recurrent spontaneous abortion group (4/50,8%), P <0.01; Recurrent spontaneous abortion group MTHFR gene TT genotype: Kidney Blood type (13,26%)> Non-Kidney Blood type (5, 10%). Recurrent spontaneous abortion MTHFR gene TT genotype correlation logistic regression analysis of three factors related syndromes Kidney Blood Type the greatest impact on the recurrent spontaneous abortion gene in patients with MTHFR TT genotype, followed by the age, the number of abortions.the Hcy level in plasma of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients was significantly higher than control group, P<0.05, including that, among recurrent spontaneous abortion patients, the Hcy level of kidney blood type patients were significantly higher than non-kidney blood type, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: MTHFR C677T TT homozygous mutant types, the increase of Hcy levels and recurrent miscarriage have a clear correlation and are also correlated with the TCM Kidney Blood.. |
