| 目的：观察温和灸大肠俞及天枢穴治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法：选取符合研究标准的腹泻型肠易激综合征患者病例97例,按就诊的顺序随机分为观察组(48例)和对照组(49例),观察组予以温和灸大肠俞及天枢穴治疗,对照组予以口服盐酸洛哌丁胺胶囊治疗,4周后对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗后,观察组患者的临床症状积分(2.74±2.64)明显低于对照组(6.22±3.56),差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后观察组患者的IBS-QOL评分(78.44±12.84)明显高于对照组(69.62±13.86),差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组患者的愈显率为64.58%,对照组患者愈显率为32.65%,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：温和灸大肠俞募穴治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征,既发挥了穴位本身的作用,也显示配穴的重要性,同时发挥了艾灸的作用,获得了较好的临床疗效。 |

| To observe the efficacy of Mild Moxibustion at Back-shu and front-mu points in treating Irritable Bowel Syndrome．Methods 97 patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome，according to treatment order randomly divided into observation group (48 cases) and control group (49 cases),observation group were given Mild Moxibustion at Back-shu and front-mu points, the control group was treated with Loperamide Hydrochlo-ride Capsules, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared after 4 weeks．Results After treatment, the observation group of clinical symptom score (2.74±2.64) was significantly lower than the control group (6.22±3.56), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); after treatment, the observation group of IBS-QOL score (78.44±12.84) was significantly higher than the control group(69.62±13.86), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Markedly effective rate was 64.58% in the observation group, the control group markedly effective rate was 32.65%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion .Mild Moxibustion at Back-shu and front-mu points in treating Irritable Bowel Syndrome achieved good clinical efficacy.This therapy can not only play the role of acupuncture in itself, but also to show the importance of distribution points, while to reflect the effect of moxibustion. |
