| 【】目的：探讨热毒宁对不同病毒分型手足口病儿童的临床效果及免疫功能的影响。方法：将164例手足口病患儿按照病毒分型分为EV71型组(A组)、Cox 16型组(B组)、通用型组(C组),分析热毒宁对不同病毒分型手足口病患儿临床效果及免疫功能指标的影响。结果：B组显效率显著高于A、C组(χ2=4.39,5.27,P<0.05),而有效率方面显著低于A、C组(χ2=4.69,5.68,P<0.05)。B、C组在退热时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间、疱疹消退时间及住院时间显著低于A组(t=4.58,5.25,4.69,3.09,3.47,4.61,3.67,4.01,均P<0.05),B组退热时间显著低于C组(t=2.66,P<0.05)。治疗5d后,A组CD3+、CD4+/CD8+显著低于B、C组(t值=8.37,5.44,6.11,3.53,均P<0.05),而IgM显著高于B、C组(t值=5.43,2.86,P<0.05)。治疗后,B组IgA显著高于A、C组(t值=5.42,2.78,P<0.05),而CD8+显著低于A、C组(t值=6.36,3.14,P<0.05)。结论：热毒宁治疗CoxA16型病毒所致的手足口病的临床效果以及改善患者免疫功能方面优于EV71型病毒、通用型病毒所致感染。 |

| Objective： To investigate the clinical effect and effect of Reduning on immune function of children with different types of virus of HFMD. Methods: 164 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease in children in accordance with the virus type EV71 type group (group A), Cox type 16 group (group B) and general group (Group C). Effects of Reduning on different virus sub type of hand, foot and mouth disease in children with clinical effect and immune function index was analyzed. Results: Group B was significantly higher than the efficiency of A, group C (χ2 = 4.39,5.27, P <0.05), while efficiency is significantly lower than A, group C (χ2 = 4.69,5.68, P <0.05). B, Group C in the cooling time, healing time of oral ulcers, herpes subsided time and hospital stay were significantly lower than in group A (t = 4.58,5.25,4.69,3.09,3.47,4.61,3.67,4.01, all P <0.05), group B cooling time was significantly lower than group C (t = 2.66, P <0.05). After treatment 5d, A group of CD3+, CD4+/CD8+ was significantly lower than group B, C (t = 8.37,5.44,6.11,3.53 value, all P <0.05), and IgM were significantly higher than group B, C (t value = 5.43 , 2.86, P <0.05). After treatment, group B IgA were significantly higher than A, group C (t value = 5.42,2.78, P <0.05), whereas CD8 + was significantly lower than A, group C (t value = 6.36,3.14, P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical aspects Reduning CoxA16 effect of hand, foot and mouth disease caused by viruses, and improve immune function in patients than EV71 virus, common virus caused the infection. |
