      【】:目的:探讨雷公藤红素(Tripterine,Tri)对人单核/巨噬细胞系(THP-1细胞)分泌VEGF、VEGF-C的影响。方法:在酸性微环境中,加入不同浓度的Tri分别与Tca8113细胞、THP-1细胞+ Tca8113细胞、THP-1细胞一起培养24h、48h、72h后,通过ELISA法检测细胞上清液中的血管内皮生长因子-c(VEGF-C)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的含量,以分析雷公藤红素对这两种生长因子的影响。结果: THP-1细胞、Tca8113细胞分泌VEGF、VEGF-C的数量与培养时间、雷公藤红素浓度、pH值呈负相关(P<0.05)。3.结论:随雷公藤红素浓度的增加和时间的延长,雷公藤红素对单核/巨噬细胞分泌VEGF、VEGF-C因子的抑制作用逐渐增强,从而抑制了舌癌的生长和转移。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To investigate the effect of tripterine for VEGF and VEGF-C secretion of THP-1 cells. Methods:In vitro microenvironments , different concentrations tripterinewere common cultured with Tca8113 cell, Tca8113 cell+ THP-1 cell, THP-1 cell after 24 hours,48 hours, 72 hours . We collected cell culture supernatants to detected content of VEGF, VEGF-C by Elisa method.Results: the counts of cells and the counts of cytokines of VEGF and VEGF-C all decreased significantly; and presented significantly inactive related to the time, densities of tripterine, and ph.(P<0.05) Conclusion: In vitro acid oral squamous-cell carcinoma microenvironment. with the increasing of the concentration of tripterine and the elongation of the treated time, the tripterine can inhibits VEGF and VEGF-C secretion of THP-1 cells, which inhibits growth and metastasis of the OSCC .
