| 目的：探讨宫颈组织HPV感染与Dicer基因表达的关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学法检测25例正常宫颈组织、75例宫颈上皮内瘤变组织（其中CINⅠ25例、CINⅡ25例、CINⅢ25例）中的HPV L1和Dicer1的表达，对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果：25例正常宫颈组织中HPV L1阴性8例（32%），其中Dicer1阴性表达7例（87.5%），Dicer1阳性表达1例（12.5%）；HPV L1阳性17（68%）例，其中Dicer1阴性表达2例（11.76%），Dicer1阳性表达15例（88.24%）。HPV L1与Dicer1的表达呈明显的正相关（卡方检验χ2=10.445，P<0.001）。75例宫颈上皮内瘤变组织（其中CINⅠ25例、CINⅡ25例、CINⅢ25例）中HPV L1阳性75例（100%）。25例CINⅠ组织中，Dicer1阳性表达19例（76%）；25例CINⅡ组织中，Dicer1阳性表达20例（80%）；25例CINⅢ组织中，Dicer1阳性表达25例（100%）。结论：宫颈HPV感染伴随着Dicer表达（Dicer在HPV阴性的组织中低表达），随着宫颈病变程度增加Dicer表达范围和量亦增加。 |

| Objective: To investigate the relationship between HPV infection and Dicer gene expression in cervical tissues. Methods: The expression of HPV L1 and Dicer1 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 25 cases of normal cervical tissues, 75 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissues (including 25 cases of CIN I, 25 cases of CIN II, 25 cases of CIN Ⅲ), and the detection results were analyzed statistically. Results: In 25 cases of normal cervical tissues, HPV L1 was negative in 8 cases (32%), of which 7 cases (87.5%) were negative in Dicer1 expression, only 1 case (12.5%) was positive in Dicer1 expression; HPV L1 was positive in 17 (68%) cases, of which 2 cases (11.76%) were negative in Dicer1 expression, and 15 cases (88.24%) were positive in Dicer1 expression. The expression of HPV L1 was positively related to Dicer1 (chi square test χ2 =10.445, P<0.001). 75 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissues (including 25 cases of CIN I, 25 cases of CIN II, 25 cases of CIN III) were HPV L1 positive in 75 cases (100%). In 25 CIN I cases, 19 cases (76%) were positive in Dicer1 expression. In 25 CIN II cases, 20 cases (80%) were positive in Dicer1 expression. In 25 CIN III cases, 25 cases (100%) were positive in Dicer1 expression. Conclusion: Cervical HPV infection was positively related with Dicer expression (Low expression of Dicer in HPV negative tissue). The range and quantity of Dicer expression also increased with the degree of cervical lesion. |
