| 目的：分析产后抑郁症的治疗方法和效果。方法：选取我院收治的产后抑郁症患者60例,随机分为两个组别,其中对照组(乌灵胶囊治疗)、试验组(乌灵胶囊+EMDR治疗)各30例。观察临床疗效,比较治疗前后的抑郁评分。结果：试验组治疗有效28例(93.3%),高于对照组的22例(73.3%)；治疗2周、6周后患者HAMD评分均明显降低,且试验组降低程度优于对照组。P＜0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论：针对产后抑郁症患者,在乌灵胶囊的基础上联合EMDR法疗效确切,能够显著降低患者的抑郁程度,值得临床推广。 |

| [Abstract] Objective: Analysis the treatment and effect of postnatal depression.
Methods: 60 patients admitted to our hospital with postnatal depression were randomized into the control group (Wuling Capsules alone) or test group (Wuling Capsules+EMDR) each consisting of 30 patients. The clinical efficacy was observed, and the pre-treatment and post-treatment HAMD scores were compared.
Results: The treatment was effective for 28 (93.3%) patients in the test group, which was greater than 22 (73.3%) patients in the control group. There were significant decreases in HAMD score at 2 weeks and 6 weeks post-treatment in both groups, which were greater in the test group than in the control group, with the P<0.05 indicating statistically significant differences. Conclusion: EMDR added to Wuling Capsules as combined treatment provided explicit efficacy and significantly mitigated the degree of depression for patients with postnatal depression. |
