| 目的：对复方川紫方的提取工艺进行优化。方法：采用正交设计法,以复方中主要活性成分阿魏酸和紫草素含量为指标,确定了最佳工艺条件。结果：最佳工艺参数为用90 %乙醇,料液比1：12,密闭浸泡0.5 h,然后60 ℃提取2次,每次1 h。结论：该提取工艺合理,经济,有利于大规模生产。 |

| ［］ This study aims to investigate the extraction process of complex prescription chuanzi.With the major active component of ferulaic acid and shikonin as indexes,through an orthogonal experiment,the optimal processing conditions were determined as follows: alcohol concentration was 90%, dosage liquor ratio was 1:12, close tightly and soak for 0.5h, extract 2 times at 60℃,each time 1 h. The results showed that the optimal process was so reasonable and economy that it was profit for full scale operation. |
