| 目的：观察经筋针刺方法结合运动疗法对周围性面神经炎的临床疗效。方法：将2014年1月至2015年1月收治的面神经炎患者60例随机分成两组,每组30人,观察组采用经筋针刺方法结合运动疗法,对照组单独采用经筋刺法治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效和症状改善程度。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者(p<0.05)；按照面瘫类型分组,观察组所分3组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组3组患者(p<0.05)；两组患者在治前期,面神经功能评分接近(p>0.05)；在治疗中期,观察组患者评分明显低于对照组患者(p<0.05)；在治疗结束后,观察组患者评分显著低于对照组患者(p<0.01)；观察组痊愈患者治疗完成所需天数为(27.33±2.71)天,明显少于对照组组的(35±1.62)天(p＜0.01)；治疗后两组患者面部表情,眼裂闭合,鼻唇沟变浅,口角歪斜,额纹消失症状体征改善明显,而观察组改善程度明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论：经筋针刺法结合运动疗法对治疗周围性面神经炎具有一定临床应用价值,值得推广使用。 |

| Objective: To observe the tendons acupuncture and physical therapy clinical efficacy of peripheral facial neuritis. Methods: The facial neuritis patients from January 2014 to January 2015 were treated 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups of 30 people, the observation group tendons acupuncture and physical therapy, the control group alone tendons acupuncture , the degree of clinical efficacy and symptom improvement between the two groups of patients. Results: The patients in the observation group total effective rate was significantly higher in patients (p <0.05); grouped according to the type of facial paralysis, the three groups of patients in the observation group total effective rate of treatment divided three groups were significantly higher (p <0.05) ; two groups of patients in the early treatment of facial nerve function score close (p> 0.05); in the mid-treatment, the observation group were significantly lower than the scores of patients in the control group (p <0.05); after the end of treatment, the observation group were significantly lower than scores Two groups of patients after treatment; control patients (p <0.01); observation group to complete the required number of patients cured days (27.33 ± 2.71) days, significantly less than (35 ± 1.62) days in the control group group (p <0.01) facial expression, eye fissure closed nasolabial fold shallow mouth askew, the amount of grain lost signs and symptoms improved significantly, but the degree of improvement in the observation group was significantly higher (p <0.05).
