| 目的 观察安抽颗粒联合硫必利治疗Tourette综合征的临床疗效。方法 选择238例中医辨证为脾虚肝旺型的Tourette综合征患儿随机分为西药组、中药组、联合组。西药组予硫必利片口服治疗；中药组予安抽颗粒口服治疗；联合组予安抽颗粒与硫必利联合治疗。疗程均为12周。应用耶鲁抽动症整体严重程度量表(YGTSS)进行疗效评估。结果 联合组与西药组、中药组比较,YGTSS评分差异均有统计学意义［(8.54±3.21)分比(11.28±4.18)分、(10.05±3.53)分,P＜0.05］；西药组与中药组比较,YGTSS评分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 安抽颗粒联合硫必利治疗Tourette综合征疗效优于单用安抽颗粒或硫必利。 |

| Objective: To observe the curative effect of the treatment combining Anchou Granules and tiapride on Tourette syndrome.Methods: 238 children diagnosed with Tourette syndrome were randomly divided into 3 groups: Western medicine group、Chinese medicine group and Combined group. Western medicine group was treated with tiapride orally; Chinese medicine group was treated with Anchou Granules orally; Combined group was treated with tiapride and Anchou Granules orally together. We took 12 weeks as one therapy session and used Yale global tic severity scale (YGTSS) to evaluate the efficacy. Results: Comparing Combined group with other 2 groups respectively,The YGTSS scores were all statistically different（8.54±3.21 vs 11.28±4.18,10.05±3.53，all P＜0.05) .No significant difference in YGTSS score was found between Western medicine group and Chinese medicine group(P>0.05).Conclusions: The therapy which combined Anchou Granules and tiapride was more effective than just using any one of them respectively in treating Tourette syndrome. |
