| 目的：分析参苓白术散治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)疗效,了解其研究动态和评价方法,为今后研究提供有益参考。方法：以知网、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)等数据库为基础,应用统计和文献计量法,以揭示治疗效果。结果：获得国内文献103篇,其中临床研究文献中大样本占92％。参苓白术散治疗IBS有效率95.5％,无效率4.5％,复发率4.5%。结论：参苓白术散治疗IBS的文献种类丰富；参苓白术散治疗IBS的文献1996年-2015年呈发展趋势；参苓白术散治疗IBS的治疗效果较佳； 参苓白术散临床研究文献的科学性有待提高。 |

| We are digging for the treatment of shenling baizhu powder for irritable bowel syndrome and refining the research directions with bibliometrics. Methods: Based on the database such as CNKI, WANFANG, PUBMED and EMBASE, the statistical and bibliometric method were used to analyze the domestic literatures and reveal the treating IBS with shenling baizhu powder.Results:103 domestic literatures were gained.It showed that domestic literatures account for 92% in the clinical experiment. The result of the treatment of shenling baizhu powder for irritable bowel syndrome showed that total effective rate was 95.5%, inefficiency 4.5%, and recurrence rate 4.5%.Conclusion: The analyze showed that the literatures of treating IBS with shenling baizhu powder presented a tend of rapid development in the 4 years. and the scientificity of clinical literatures about shenlingbaizhu powder needed to be further improved. |
