| 目的 观察复方紫草油对湿疹模型小鼠血清IL-2、TNF-α水平的影响，探讨复发紫草油治疗湿疹的机理。方法 建立湿疹小鼠模型，将60只健康小鼠分为正常组，中药高浓度组，中药低浓度组，西药组、模型组，观察各组治疗前后小鼠耳片重量、厚度变化，ELLES法测血清IL-2、TNF-α变化。结果 中高组小鼠耳片重量(3.56±0.60)、厚度(0.10±0.07)以及血清IL-2、TNF-α(5.01±0.54, 74.13±3.91)水平均低于中低组(5.46±1.24,0.40±0.17,5.66±0.48,78.12±2.02)和模型组(8.78±1.12,0.54±0.16,6.43±0.63, 85.61±5.10(Ρ<0.05)，与西药组（2.86±0.69,0.10±0.07,4.80±0.58, 4.80±0.58)无显著差异（Ρ＞0.05）。结论 中高组复方紫草油能降低小鼠湿疹模型的炎症反应，并能降低血清中IL-2、TNF-α水平。 |

| Objective To investigate the effects on the serum levels of IL-2 and TNF-αin eczema mice model and the therapeutic mechanism of Compound Zicao Oils to the eczema. Methods 60 healthy mices were randomly divided into blank control group, high concentration of Traditional Chinese medicine group, low concentration of Traditional Chinese medicine group, the western medicine group, model control group. Observing the thickness of mice ears and the weights of mice ears, The levels of IL-2 and TNF-αin serum were determined measured by ELISA method. Results Contract with the low dose group(5.46±1.24,0.40±0.17,5.66±0.48,78.12±2.02) and the model group(8.78±1.12,0.54±0.16,6.43±0.63, 85.61±5.10, the high dose group(3.56±0.60,0.10±0.07,5.01±0.54,74.13±3.91) can reduce significantly the weights and thickness of the mice ears and the levels of IL-2 and TNF-αin serum(Ρ<0.05). Conclusion The high dose of Compound Zicao Oils can suppress the inflammatory response in the eczema mice model, with a decrease in the level of IL-2 and TNF-αin serum. |
