【】 目的 提高对乳腺X线检查BI-RADS 4分类的认识及评估水平。方法 收集我院 2008 年2月至 2015年1月经乳腺X线摄影检查诊断为 BI-RADS 4 类,并取得病理结果的良恶性病变80 例,侧重分析讨论了病变形态与边缘、钙化、腺体结构扭曲(乳腺局部结构紊乱)及乳腺腺体密度等与BI-RADS 4 分类的关系。结果 80例中良性病变37例,恶性病变43例。 80例诊断为4A类 36例,其中良性病变34例,恶性2例;4B类20例,其中良性病变2例,恶性18例; 4C类24例,均为恶性病变。结论 肿块的形态、边缘、密度与钙化的形态、分布以及腺体结构扭曲等与BI-RADS 4分类密切相关,对正确分类有重要的临床价值。 |

【】 Objective To improve the level of understanding and evaluation of X-ray mammography in the diagnosis of breast imaging reporting and data system IV (BI-RADS IV). Methods A total of 80 patients from February 2008 to January 2015 diagnosis of BI-RADS category 4 with X-ray mammography were enrolled in this study,and all of the lesions of breast were confirmed by pathology. This study focuses on analyzing and discussing the relationship between BI-RADS category 4 and the morphology and edge of the lesions , calcification , architectural distortion , parenchymal asymmetry and mammary gland density , et al . Results In all of 80 cases,there were 37 benign lesions and 43 malignant tumors,respectively. Thirty-six lesions were diagnosed as 4A class ,with 34 benign lesions and 2 malignant tumors ; 20 cases for 4B class , of which the benign lesions in 2 cases, malignant in 18 cases ; and 24 cases were divided into 4C class,with totally malignant lesions. Conclusion Tumor morphology , edge , density , the morphology and distribution of calcification and architectural distortion are closely related to the classification of BI-RADS category 4 , the correct classification has important clinical value . |
