| 目的 探讨经皮穴位电刺激联合药物治疗原发性痛经的效果及安全性。 方法 60例原发性痛经患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例,药物组：于月经来潮当天或有痛经先兆开始口服复方益母草冲剂5天；联合组：除口服上述药物外,同时复合经皮穴位电刺激双侧气海、合谷、三阴交、血海、足三里穴,每天一次,连续5天,两组均持续治疗3个月经周期。观察记录治疗期间及治疗后三个月经期的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、治疗前后两次检测经期血清前列腺素E-2( PGF2) 和皮质醇(Cor)浓度；记录治疗期间的不良反应。结果 两组患者经期VAS评分联合组低于药物组(P<0.05,P<0.01)；两组患者治疗后血清的PGF2浓度均高于治疗前,联合组升高幅度较大,更接近正常值,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者治疗后血清的Cor浓度均低于治疗前,联合组降低幅度较大,更接近正常值(P<0.05),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；不良反应发生率组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 经皮穴位电刺激联合药物治疗原发性痛经疗效优于单纯药物治疗。 |

| abstract to observe the effectiveness and security of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation(TSES）combined with medicine on treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. methods: 60 patients of primary dysmenorrhea , were randomly divided into two groups(n=30). Patients in medical group were received Compound Motherwort Medicine for 5 days after or before menses. In combination group, patients not only take Motherwort orally at the same time , but also be treated with electrical stimulation of Qihai,Hegu, Sanyinjiao,Xiehai, Zusanli, one time a day for 5 days. Both groups were treated for 3 courses. The visual analogue score(VAS)of the intensity of abdominal pain of the patients ,The values of serum E-2(PGF2) and cortisol levelbefore and after being treated were recorded by physician during treatment. The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were also recorded. result: the value of VAS 3months during treatment in combination group was lower than medical group（P<0.05，P<0.01）; The value of serum PGF2 in two groups were both increased, and compared with medical group, combination group increased more, which was closer to normal value. There were significant differences between group comparison(P<0.05)；the value of serum cortisol level in two groups were both decreased , and the reduction extent in combination group was bigger than medical group. There were significant differences between group comparison(P<0.05);There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions （P>0.05）;conclusion: The transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation(TSES）combined with medicine is better than medicine treatment only forprimary dysmenorrhea． |
