| 目的 初步研究Siemens Acuson S2000的ETE弹性成像技术(eSie Touch Elasiticity Imaging)对二维灰阶超声恶性征象不典型的乳腺癌的定性诊断价值。方法 对于病理确诊为乳腺癌(包括癌前病变)而二维灰阶超声恶性征象不典型的44个病灶,根据声像图特点分4组：实性肿块型、无肿块型、导管扩张伴管腔内实性回声型、囊实性复合肿块型,以US-BI-RADS分类≥4B类拟诊为恶性,≤4A类拟诊为良性。以通过ETE弹性成像技术测得弹性面积和二维面积之比≥1.2作为疑似恶性的界值,比较其与二维灰阶超声对此类乳腺癌(包括癌前病变)的定性诊断准确率。结果 ETE弹性成像技术对4组病灶诊断准确率分别为75.00%、62.50%、50.00%、0%；二维灰阶超声对4组病灶诊断准确率分别为25.00%、25.00%、33.33%、0%。结论 ETE弹性成像技术在一定程度上能协助二维灰阶超声诊断那些灰阶声像图不典型的乳腺癌及癌前病变。 |

| Purpose: Preliminary study on the value of eSie Touch Elasiticity Imaging(ETE) in diagnosing breast cancers which showed atypical on two-dimensional ultrasonography. Method: 44 breast lesions (including precancerous lesions), which showed atypical on two-dimensional ultrasonography(2D-US), were underwent their ETE then, all cases were turned out to be breast cancers(including precancerous lesions)by pathology. According to 2D sonographic features, all lesions were divided into 4 groups: solid nodular, non-mass, duct dilated with nodules, complex cystic and solid. All results of ETE were compared with 2D-US concerning with diagnostic accuracy. |
